Subscription Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have used fewer than 10% of your allocated credits for that billing period.
Credit Pack Refunds
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits are used. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. You keep plan access until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not carry over.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@deepseekv4.click with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
