Subscription Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have used fewer than 10% of your allocated credits for that billing period. Refund requests can be submitted through our contact page.

Credit Pack Refunds

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits have been consumed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation.
