Accounts
You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, abusive, or that violates third-party rights. Prohibited content includes CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, and content used to impersonate real people without consent.
Content Ownership
You retain rights to content you submit and generate, subject to the underlying model provider's terms. We receive a limited license to operate the service.
Payments and Credits
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credit packs are consumed per generation. Pricing may change with prior notice.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; review before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Delphin Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
